Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wareliant Goods website and our travel coordination and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Scope of Services (Advisory Only)
Wareliant Goods provides consulting deliverables such as travel guides, checklists, information summaries, and itinerary coordination support. We do not provide booking services and do not purchase tickets, reserve lodging, or transact on your behalf. Any examples, recommendations, and suggested vendors are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for final decisions and bookings.
2.1 No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
Our Services do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. For immigration, visa, health, insurance, or tax questions, consult qualified professionals and official government sources.
3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information (names as on passport, dates, preferences, constraints), to review deliverables promptly, and to verify requirements with official sources before travel.
4. Deliverables, Revisions, and Turnaround
Deliverables are provided digitally unless stated otherwise. Revisions may be included depending on the service scope and will be described in the quote or invoice. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on complexity and client responsiveness.
5. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
Fees are disclosed before work begins and may be structured as fixed-fee packages or hourly consulting. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due upon receipt. Work may pause until payment is received. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative charges to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes, Disruptions, and Force Majeure
Travel conditions can change rapidly (weather events, strikes, closures, policy changes). We are not responsible for disruptions, cancellations, or third-party actions. You acknowledge that requirements and availability are dynamic and must be rechecked close to departure.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of pre-existing templates, frameworks, and methodologies. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal purposes (personal travel or your organization’s travel planning). You may not resell, republish, or distribute deliverables commercially without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT TRAVEL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARELIANT GOODS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRAVEL-RELATED LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) shall survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the competent courts located in Missouri, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
